Dear Colleagues and Friends,
First of all, I would like to thank all participants and guests who took part in our spectacular and unprecedented event - the 1st International Medical Conference "Venous Endovascular Forum" 2011.
We hope that our conference will become a permanent part of the medical world's schedule and Katowice will host such honorable personalities in the medical world each year. The conference brought together world-recognized authorities in vascular surgery, including representatives of all leading CCSVI clinics performing the procedure. My dream is to continue the cooperation between Polish and foreign specialists who practice CCSVI treatment. I am very grateful to those who came from the other end of the world to share with us their research results. Thank you, in particular, representatives from: the U.S., Argentina, Canada, Jordan, India and all European countries.
The main purpose of this year Conference was to provide opportunities to learn more about Liberation Procedure method including CCSVI diagnosis, endovascular treatment and post-operational treatment.
During the conference, participants had the opportunity to take part in highly scientific and interesting program, had a unique chance to attend live cases, diagnostic workshops, discussion panels, poster presentations and various seminars conducted by the most valued and experienced lecturers. In addition, for the first time in history, neurologists' representatives presented their arguments, which brought the unusual added value. Especially that so far they have remained skeptical as to the treatment results. We could have compared our points of view during interesting discussion.
For those who couldn't participate, we prepared a DVD with all materials from the conference (presentations and film including interviews with the speakers, available soon!!) I hope the Conference brought exciting opportunities for educational enhancement and exchange of ideas. Moreover, it was not the last time when we could meet in Poland. I'm looking forward to meeting you in Katowice next year.
